Welcome to the Almond Tree Foundation (ATF), a Community Interest Company (CIC) registered in the UKwhose aim is to provide wellbeing education. The term ‘Almond Tree Foundation’ or ATF or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of this website whose registered office is 2nd Floor, 167-169 Great Portland St Marylebone, London W1W 5PF. The term ‘You’ or ‘Your’ refers to any user or viewer of our website.
Our terms and conditions cover the use of this website (site) - thealmondtree.org. Please take the time to read and understand these terms and conditions (terms). They govern your use of the website and any services we offer (e.g. webinar recordings).
In these terms and conditions, content means all the content available on the site including but not limited to streamable videos and audio files.
1. Availability and Use of the site
The site will usually be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We may, however, need to interrupt or suspend your access to the site or the provision of the site’s services and content, for maintenance, technical or other reasons.
When accessing and using the site and its services and content, you must comply with directions, instructions or protocols posted on the site. We are pleased to be able to offer a wide range of exclusive content on the site for your educational and learning needs, which we aim to regularly add to. The content will be updated, changed or removed from time to time, at our discretion, so we can’t guarantee that specific content will always be available on the site.
You will keep any login information such as user id and/or passwords confidential and recognise that we shall not be liable should you suffer any loss on account of there being any unauthorized use of these details due to you not keeping this information safe.
You agree to indemnify us against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including legal fees) that we may incur as a result of you not abiding by these terms & conditions.
2. Rights to content; Intellectual property
Each item of content is the copyright of its author. We own all ATF attributed content, and all other rights in the site including its design, compilation and look and feel. Your use of the site gives you a right (a revocable, non-exclusive licence) to use the content for personal purposes. You must not redistribute content. If you love the content, please refer your friends too! You may freely use the concepts contained within the content (that is, the knowledge you gain) for any personal purpose. The trademarks and logos displayed on the site are, unless otherwise stated, those of the ATF and others, and you must not use these without the approval of the relevant owner.
We cannot guarantee that our content is free from any possible corruption including but not limited to viruses. Although we will use our best endeavours to ensure any content supplied is free from any such corruption, we disclaim any liability from the consequences of you accessing such content and you do so at your own risk.
3. Fair use and prohibited conduct
Your use of the site is subject to a ‘fair use’ policy. Our ‘fair use’ policy requires that your use of the site and the content must be fair, genuine and reasonable. We will use our reasonable discretion to decide whether a user has complied with the ‘fair use’ policy. You must not use scripts to automatically mass download content.

4. Intellectual property complaints
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and require that you do the same. Please contact us if you believe that your intellectual property or other rights are being affected by anything on the site. If you are specifically making a copyright-based claim regarding content, please forward the following information to us:
your address, telephone number, and email address;
a description of the location of the alleged infringing material;
a description of the copyrighted work that has been allegedly infringed; and
a statement by you that you warrant that the information given in your claim is accurate and that you are either the copyright owner or are authorised to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.
5. Booking terms and conditions
Using our website to book or sign up for a service, programme or product (whether free or paid) indicates acceptance of these booking terms and conditions.
By booking through our website online system, you are registering yourself, or others within your organisation for the ATF services.
When your tickets have been booked, an invoice will not be automatically emailed to you. Please ask if you require a copy. Any payment is typically taken at the time of purchase, but in any event, payment must be made within 14 days of the purchase date.
Cancellations must be made via email to our office and are given at our discretion.
It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter the content, speakers or timings of the events.
In the unlikely event that the ATF has to cancel the event, your ticket cost will be reimbursed. the ATF is not able to reimburse you for any other costs like travel or accommodation.
7. Liability and disclaimer
Except as provided in an applicable Non-excludable Law, we are bound only by the express promises made in these terms and are not bound by implied terms.

The ATF content is purely educational in nature. We (the ATF) are not medical professionals in any capacity. Therefore nothing we provide can be considered a medical recommendation/diagnosis either explicitly or through implication.
Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.
We do not promise that the content or your access to the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that any defects will be corrected, or that the site or content is free of viruses or any other harmful components; and

We may change these terms from time to time, but you are responsible for regularly checking these terms & conditions and keeping up to date with any changes. You will be given the opportunity to cancel any subscription with a pro-rata refund (based on the time remaining in your subscription) if you do not want to accept the changes. If you do not opt-out in this way, your continued subscription to and use of the site will be an acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Applicable Laws
We control and operate the site from our offices in the United Kingdom. As such English law, administered by the courts in England and Wales govern these terms, and you and the ATF submit to the jurisdiction of the courts here. Nothing contained herein shall affect your consumer rights under English law.
