Stories Of Hope

Gayle Nobel

Gayle has a lifelong connection to autism through her brother and son Kyle, now in his thirties. At first Gayle felt enormous pressure to do the right thing and worried about Kyle’s future. The idea of him being an adult felt particularly scary.

In this episode of our ’Stories of Hope’ interviews, Gayle reflects on how spending time with Kyle has made her a better human being. Despite her fears, Kyle is doing well and guided by her inner wisdom, Gayle knew exactly what to do one step at a time.

Gayle is an author, transformative life coach, parent mentor, blogger, and inspirational speaker. She has written three books on living with autism.

The series was created for anyone caring for a loved one with disability or illness, and includes examples from a range of lived experiences. The principles explored here are universal, and parents will find them helpful as they reflect on their own experience.
